1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Good Karma, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The platform

Good Karma is a community exchange platform. We facilitate connections between people who need help and people who can provide it. We are not a party to any agreement between members, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or completion of any exchange. We do not verify, screen, endorse, or insure any member of the platform.

3. Points

Points on Good Karma have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred off-platform. Points are granted, earned, and spent entirely within the platform. We reserve the right to adjust point balances to correct errors or enforce these terms.

4. Member conduct

You agree to interact with other members honestly and respectfully. You must not post fraudulent requests, misrepresent your skills, harass other members, or use the platform for commercial solicitation. Violations may result in account suspension.

5. Completion and disputes

Once you confirm a request as completed, points transfer is final. If something goes wrong before completion, use the problem reporting feature on the request page. We will review disputes and make a final determination at our discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

Good Karma Hub LLC is not liable for any damages arising from exchanges between members, including personal injury, property damage, or financial loss. Use the platform at your own risk and exercise good judgment when meeting in person.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
