We use your information solely to operate the platform: matching you with helpers, sending transactional emails (offer notifications, reminders, completions), and calculating your points balance.

We do not sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for any purpose, including advertising, marketing, or data brokering. Your data is used exclusively to provide the Good Karma service to you.

Email sharing

When a helper's offer is accepted, both parties' email addresses are shared with each other so they can coordinate directly. You consent to this when you submit or accept an offer. This is the only time your email is shared with another user.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@goodkarmahub.com.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

Data deletion and requests

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, or to submit any data-related inquiry, email support@goodkarmahub.com with the subject line “Data Request.” We will respond within 30 days.
